IFSS has 2 articulation agreements for those students wishing to do a Degree course.
Raffles College of Design and Commerce
Students who wish to do a Bachelor of Arts (Visual Communication) majoring in New Media and Digital Film at Raffles College of Design and Commerce (RCDC) must have satisfactorily completed the Advanced Diploma of Screen and Media (CUF60107) at IFSS. Students will be guaranteed 72 credit points of advanced standing towards the Bachelor of Arts (Visual Communication) majoring in New Media and Digital Film.
Students with high academic performance or other evidence of relevant achievement may apply for further Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) on a case by case basis to a maximum of 96 credit points. Students need to consult with RCDC to confirm the duration of their course, as it may be possible to complete the degree program in 1 calendar year.
Applicants must also meet all other academic and visa entry requirements as set in the condition of RCDC enrolment procedures. Students wishing to alter their major can apply for RPL on case by case basis. Applicants seeking additional recognition for prior learning above 72 credit points, must submit a supplementary Recognition of Prior Learning Application Form.
Students graduating from the Raffles College of Design and Commerce Bachelor of Arts (Visual Communication) are eligible for entry into the Master of Design programme.

WA Screen Academy, Edith Cowan University
Students who wish to do Bachelor of Communications (Unit Set MAAAAE - Screen Studies) at Edith Cowan University (ECU) must have completed the Advanced Diploma of Screen and Media (CUF60107) at the International Film School Sydney. Students will be granted 180 credit points of unspecified credit on the completion of the Advanced Diploma towards the Bachelor of Communications (Unit Set MAAAAE - Screen Studies). Total credit points required for the Bachelor of Communications course is 360.
Students who elect to choose any other unit set from this ECU course are not entitled to the full advanced standing. Students will be granted 12 units of unspecified credit. Students need to consult the Faculty to confirm the duration of their course, as it may be possible to complete in 1 calendar year (40 weeks).
